Our client is seeking a Website Designer and HubSpot Specialist to lead the redesign of their website. This design-heavy role focuses on improving UI/UX, enhancing lead generation, and streamlining content within a cohesive HubSpot theme. Start Date: Mid-January End Date: TBD, we would love your input on scope! Hourly Rate: 70/hr Location: Remote Hours/wk: 20-30hrs/week This will be a W2 Engagement. Background check required. Rosie Rules - Please read before accepting a project! Key Responsibilities: Redesign and re-implement the client's website to enhance usability, design, and mobile functionality using HubSpot themes. Optimize the user interface and experience for both websites to drive lead generation. Address mobile usability challenges, including menu navigation and overall responsiveness. Oversee the redesign project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements Maintain flexibility for future edits within the HubSpot framework Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot's Design Manager and related tools. Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and UX/UI design principles. Experience with website design and development, particularly within HubSpot themes. Proven ability to resolve mobile usability issues effectively. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and stakeholder communication. Creative and detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Experience: Experience redesigning websites in corporate or B2B environments. Familiarity with lead generation strategies and the impact of design on conversions.
