Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable hospitality staff, including Servers, Prep Cooks and Party Chefs, to join our dynamic team. These roles are crucial in supporting the seamless execution of our events, from preparation to service. Whether you're behind the scenes in the kitchen or interacting with guests on the floor, you'll play an essential part in delivering the high-quality service that Gourmet Gals Catering & Events is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Server
· Provide excellent table service during events, including food & beverage service.
· Assist with the setup of areas, including tables, chairs, buffets and table settings.
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
· Assist in the breakdown and cleanup post-event.
Prep Cook
· Prepare a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processers and scales.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Party Chef
· Prepare and cook menu items during events, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and on time.
· Collaborate with culinary team to execute high-quality dining experience.
· Assist in the setup and breakdown of cooking station.
Qualifications
· Prior experience in catering, events, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
· Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours based on event schedule)
