EMR is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team in Camden, NJ . This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across our EMR locations. Responsibilities:
Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways to ensure a clean environment.
Eliminate graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts , trashcans, and fences on EMR properties.
Perform weed abatement to keep all EMR properties looking neat and well-maintained.
Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties .
Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments.
Carry out other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently as well as in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions.
