We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Perform preventative maintenance on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergency situations. Maintain and repair building structures, including windows, doors, and floors. Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

* Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.

* Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, crouching, climbing ladders).

* Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
