Equinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in La Costa. This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

* Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests

* Ability to coach and lead a team

* Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff

* Professionally greet members and guests

* Scan membership ID's

* Answer phones

* Update members' accounts

* Maintain an orderly lobby area

* Availability to work opening shifts

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service

* Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

* Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
