This role involves working closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure smooth event operations, manage logistics, and create memorable experiences for attendees. Location: Dallas, TX Job: Full time Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and organization of events, including exhibitions, workshops, and networking events. * Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. * Communicate with vendors, partners, and participants to confirm event details. * Help with event registration, guest lists, and attendee communication. * Assist in preparing post-event reports and analyzing event outcomes. * Manage inventory of event supplies and materials.
