Job Title: Digital Site Manager Division: Corporate - Digital

Reports to: Director of Digital

Position Overview:

The Digital Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations, functionality, and user experience of the company’s e-commerce site. This role requires a data-driven strategist with a strong focus on enhancing the digital customer journey, improving conversion rates, and supporting online sales goals. Working closely with the digital, marketing, and IT teams, the Digital Site Manager will ensure that the site consistently delivers a high-quality, on-brand experience that engages customers and drives revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience & Conversion Optimization
    1. Conduct regular reviews of the digital customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, reduce friction, and enhance conversion rates.
    2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and engaging design elements that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
    3. Use data insights to propose and implement A/B tests and site enhancements focused on optimizing sales, navigation, and other critical conversion points.
  • Site Management & Maintenance
    1. Manage and optimize daily site operations, ensuring that product updates, promotions, and content are timely and accurate.
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with IT and third-party providers to maintain site stability and security.
    3. Monitor website performance metrics (load time, downtime, responsiveness) and work to improve overall site performance.
  • Product & Content Management
    1. Oversee the upload and management of product, product pages, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, variants, and images across all digital channels.
    2. Coordinate with marketing and content teams to maintain fresh and compelling site content, aligned with brand campaigns and sales objectives.
    3. Ensure SEO best practices are followed for all site content, contributing to organic search performance.
    4. Ability to manage product feed across digital media platforms
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    1. Track, analyze, and report on key site performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, and customer engagement.
    2. Provide insights and recommendations to the digital marketing team on ways to drive traffic, improve user engagement, and increase conversions.
    3. Set up and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and periodic analysis of site KPIs.
  • Collaboration & Project Management
    1. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to support digital campaigns and promotions.
    2. Lead or contribute to digital projects, including site redesigns, feature enhancements, and integrations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
    3. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as web developers, hosting providers, and digital agencies, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a focus on site management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS) and user experience best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive complex projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • On a buyer/merchandizing track
