As a Data Group Manager within PNC's Enterprise Data Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities include:
a.\tLead data quality strategy in conjunction with Sector Data Officers/LOBs and Technology
b.\tLead the selection and implementation of data quality tools and build capabilities for stakeholders
c.\tLead build out of data quality for key enterprise initiatives
d.\tLead and manage DQ team and resources

Candidates must have:

Job Description

• Manages all aspects of organizational data; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining an information bank to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner.
• Provides senior leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and storage of critical organizational data.
• Oversees the integrity, infrastructure, maintenance, and extraction of organizational data.
• Assists in the development of major organizational activities and goals to ensure important data needs are anticipated, and met.
• Reviews and recommends policies and procedures for collecting and managing organization data.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
