Location: Colorado Springs, CO (100% remote but wants local candidate)

Position Title: Data Entry Clerk

Status: 3-4 months

Pay: $21.00

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and review data for inconsistencies or errors and correct as necessary.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
• Generate reports and summarize data as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and security.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Adhere to data management policies and confidentiality agreements.
• Helping to enter information for all of our loan terms, credit analysis, ratios and would need to check to ensure every application is complete.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of overall Data Entry experience
• Proven experience in data entry or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
