Customer Experience Specialist - Elevate Service & Satisfaction! Up to $45k

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic Amusement and Redemption services company located in Cockeysville, MD. This full-time, in-office role is designed for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With an immediate start date, this position offers a unique opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate service standards.

Job Details

  • Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Cockeysville, MD (Employer-paid parking and fitness center access)
  • Start Date: Immediate hire

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Support sales by informing customers of additional products/services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer relations or support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to stay calm and patient with difficult customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
