This is a salaried/exempt position with an annual estimated salary of $100,714.00 which will be based on a candidate’s work history and experience.
Serves as the Office of Communications Exhibits Specialist and Designer responsible for managing assigned traveling exhibits and displays of the Agency's major programs at science museums, local venues, on-center and at other venues, including the Ames Visitor Center. Works with exhibit counterparts at other centers to integrate Ames content, messages, and hardware. Works independently to plan and execute external outreach and exhibit operations. Plans nationally and internationally as required, in coordination and as a part of the Ames outreach team.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree in history of science and technology, or a related field from an accredited institution; plus ten years of applicable professional experience.
