Position Purpose
We are seeking a courteous, warm and welcoming person to join our team and help us promote St. Laurence School as a religious, safe and caring environment. Ideal candidate will be a Catholic in good standing, able to work independently, remain calm under pressure and have a sense of humor! Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This position is from 8am to 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when students are in attendance; summer hours are to be agreed upon.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and School Speak.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others in the course of work.
• Skilled at problem solving job-related issues.
• Ability to process paperwork accurately according to standardized procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees and others.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of office management procedures.
