About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to lead our podcast production, content creation, and social media strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing video production, coordinating podcast guest bookings, and growing our brand's online presence through engaging content.

What You'll Do

Podcast Management

Research and coordinate guest bookings, handling invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
Provide time stamps for producers and social media content.
Oversee video editing for promotional podcast content.
Publish and distribute podcast episodes across social platforms.

Content Creation & Production

Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and scripts for content shoots.
Lead video production, including editing and posting short-form and long-form content.
Edit and publish high-quality photos from content shoots.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Oversee social media content from ideation to execution.
Assign content creation tasks and manage deadlines.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Implement strategies to grow our social media following and engagement.

Copywriting & Communication

Write and distribute engaging newsletters.
Draft partner deal announcements and brand updates.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Strong understanding of engagement strategies, trends, and content optimization.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Postly, Riverside, and video editing software.
Experience managing social media campaigns, paid ads, and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Ability to adapt and stay current with emerging social media trends and tools.
Experience analyzing performance metrics and using insights to improve content strategies.

Work Schedule & Remote Setup

Fully remote position (U.S. based).
25-30 hours per week, within standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST).
A consistent schedule is required to ensure collaboration and availability.
You must have a quiet, professional workspace separate from family activities to ensure focus and productivity.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 30.00 Per Year
