Your Opportunity!

Reporting to the Company Owner, the Team Leader will oversee a team of Fencing Installers/General Labourers in
the installation of Hollowford Fencing’s quality fencing construction. The Team Leader will be responsible for
ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to high standards while providing guidance and support
to team members throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• In collaboration with the Owner, supervise and coordinate the activities of the Fencing Installers/General
• Labourers on customer sites
• Ensure the team is prepared and equipped for daily tasks, including material handling and transportation •
• Responsible for the installation of residential, agricultural, equine, and commercial fencing ensuring quality workmanship
• Operate a mini-excavator and/or skid steer where required and train team members on safe operation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met daily and/or upon job completion
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines among team members • Maintain and
• manage company tools and equipment, ensuring they are used respectfully and kept in good condition
• Provide training and mentorship to Fencing Installers/General Labourers to enhance their skills and performance
• • Assist in scheduling and planning for upcoming projects
• •Other duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of fencing/decking installation experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
• A valid G-class license and a clean driver’s abstract must be provided to Hollowford Fencing Inc prior to
• employment. Failing to provide such a document, will void any possibility of employment.
• Access to a reliable vehicle to get to the shop
• Confident with the use of power tools and machinery
• Familiarity with job materials (I.e., cedar, pressure-treated, ornamental iron, chain-link, etc.) •
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong customer service skills, punctuality, reliability, communication skills

• The ability to:

• Effectively maneuver and pull a trailer
• Work long hours (on occasion) in different climates
• Repeatedly lift 60LBS
• Work with a high attention to detail and level of alertness
