Job Position: Commercial Estimator
Work Location: In-office, remote, and occasional travel. You must be able to travel when needed. On average, we anticipate overnight travel 2 to 3 days bimonthly. When traveling, you will be eligible for per diem.
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 (based on experience) + bonus potential
As a
Commercial Estimator , you'll be one of the first eyes on new opportunities, but don't worry if you're not an expert from day one - our team is made up of motivated professionals ready to guide you through the industry's ins and outs. You'll be working directly with our Project Managers and safety personnel and play a crucial role in our revenue-driving bidding and estimating process, working on commercial projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial construction projects throughout 27 states.

Here's a preview of what you'll do as an Estimator: - Learn bidding and estimating best practices from our leadership and Project Managers
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Create detailed cost estimates for all phases of design and construction.
- Analyze architectural drawings, perform material takeoffs, and obtain pricing.
- Collect and analyze data affecting costs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the team, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
Qualifications :
- A college degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read plans and understand different divisions of work
- 1-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Procore and RedTeam experience preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Belief in the importance of being part of a collaborative team.
