Hours

  • Generally, a 40-hour work week
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Starting Pay Range

  • $45-$60k
  • Based on qualifications and experience

Job Description

The Client Transaction Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative duties within the Branch. They will oversee the processing of branch transactions and collaborate with Client Service Associates to provide timely and accurate completion.

The position will require the employee to manage various administrative transactions (getting forms prepared and signed), cashiering, and money movements.

The branch processes numerous financial transactions monthly, and the Client Transaction Coordinator is accountable for ensuring efficient completion.

Additionally, the role requires creating spreadsheets and assisting Financial Advisors with financial analysis of various scenarios.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience managing complex financial transactions is required, such as direct experience in a banking securities environment or experience in bookkeeping or accounting for a business.

The candidate must be capable of breaking down multi-step financial transactions and working with clients, advisors, and other administrators to accomplish tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Must present a professional demeanor
  • Must collaborate effectively with team members and clients
  • Must be able to work on-site 8-5 Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekends and evening hours as needed (a few times a year to host events/ holiday occasions)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

Education

  • A 4-year college degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field that involves mathematics. Other degrees may be considered based on work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is a must.
  • The candidate must pass a proficiency test for Excel and basic math skills.
