About the Role

The Company is seeking an EVP, Chief of Programs and Innovation to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing executives, leading organizational change, and fostering innovation. This role is pivotal in transforming the company's vision and strategic plan into reality, with a focus on overseeing the leaders of the organization's substantive program areas. The EVP will be a critical leader in the fight against white supremacy, the reduction of incarceration, the eradication of poverty, and the strengthening of democracy.
