**Job Summary:*
North Valley Hospital District is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join our leadership team. The CNO plays a pivotal role in our healthcare system, overseeing and coordinating the nursing department and its daily operations. As the senior nursing executive, the CNO ensures the delivery of evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care that is both efficient and cost-effective. This leader sets the strategic direction for the nursing staff and works closely with other healthcare leaders to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance patient outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide leadership and guidance for all nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of care and evidence-based practice.
* Set the vision and strategic direction for patient care services and collaborate with other departments to implement strategies that achieve organizational goals.
* Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures related to nursing and patient care services.
* Work closely with healthcare leaders to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
* Participate in district programs promoting community health, well-being, and employee safety.
* Lead initiatives to enhance patient care quality and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* A Master’s degree in Nursing or a related health field is preferred.
* *License:* Current registered nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
* *Certifications:* ACLS, PALS, ATLS
* *Experience:* Minimum of 5-10 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
