About the Role:

As we continue into our next phase of growth we are building a Sales/Business Development team with SDRs/BDRs who can help us expand our customer base. We work to support our SDRs and allow for the oppurtunity to grow and become Account Executives as they contribute. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow significantly with the company while helping to develop and shape the culture of our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Passionate about Genista's vision, and relaying that passion to developing long-lasting business relationships with prospective clients
• Prospecting and generating qualified leads and meetings
• Acquire prospects through significant outbound activity using channels such as cold calling, email and social media
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives and upper management to create and execute sales strategies to reach predetermined goals and quotas

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from four year university
• Ambitious and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities every day - while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
