ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:•Effectively document current state, through observation and interviews with key stakeholders and primary end-users.•Gather and document requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to establish the gaps between current state and future state.•Assist in the creation of business requirements and user stories, based on project methodology•Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team (BA), Business Systems Analyst Team (BSA) and Developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.•Participate in the team review of project scope, requirements, and business outcomes.•Participate in Agile and Scrum process.•Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.•Perform other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS:- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as a MS Office applications.- Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills.- Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports.- Ability to identify errors and make proper corrections.EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:Standard Marco Internship work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a Marco office location. Other: Schedule may revolve around class and exam schedule, within reason as needed.
