Experience: 2+ yearsEducation: Computer Science/ IT or Equivalent Candidate RequirementsA bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Excellent documentation skills.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Experience in creating BRD's, Functional specification documents, quality assurance.Knowledge and preferred experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Knowledge on Insurance (Guidewire) Can apply.
