Job Description
As a Brand Ambassador at Vibrant Visions, you will be the face and voice of the brands we represent. Your role will be essential in building relationships with consumers, promoting brand awareness, and creating unforgettable experiences at events and in-store activations. We're looking for someone who is passionate, outgoing, and able to embody the values of the brands we serve.

Responsibilities

• Represent our client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at various events and in-store locations.
• Engage directly with consumers to communicate brand messaging and answer any questions.
• Distribute promotional materials and create a memorable experience for consumers.
• Collect and provide consumer feedback to help refine brand strategies.
• Build strong, positive relationships with store staff and event organizers.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down promotional setups for events.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of each brand’s product offerings, values, and market position.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, customer service, or event marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations within Kansas City.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
