Our client a stable and rapidly growing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to join the company. The role will work directly with the senior management of the company. The company offers strong benefits and a solid work life balance. The responsibilities include:

• Oversee all day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Track the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Match, batch and code all payables.
• Perform basic accounting functions.
• Track all payments on multiple projects.
• Ensure that customers payments were posted before the project is started.
• Pay all utilities, vendors and travel and entertainment invoices.
• Provide updated reporting regarding the AP and AR.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  Quickbooks experience
• MS Excel and Word

Pay:$75,000.00 - $100,000.00
