Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our high-volume call center. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with plan and physician changes, collect test results, create supply orders, and provide support for remote monitoring services. You will also resolve customer concerns, promote digital platforms, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Collect and record INR test results, ensuring adherence to prescribed test frequency.
• Provide guidance on digital platforms and product usage.
• Assist with customer concerns, escalations, and policy explanations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with privacy standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish/French required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of high-volume call center experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Excel, Zendesk (a plus).
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate multiple platforms.
• HIPAA training and experience handling sensitive data preferred.
