Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees behavioral health clinical services, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement quality care and educational programs that improve patient and provider satisfaction.

• Requires RN licensure (current NM or Compact), with a BSN preferred, and certifications like BLS; national certification in area preferred.
  
• Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration and working with physicians.
  
• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience and 2 years of progressive management experience are required.
  
• Works under supervision of the Director, in a clean, safe environment, with flexible hours, and must handle stressful situations, communicate effectively, and manage team activities. Physical and schedule flexibility are essential.]]>
