The Design Intern is primarily responsible for designing residential projects including plans, elevations, and options.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce residential designs for plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines.

• Revise residential construction blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes.

• Complete special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

• You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
